Healthy Bites > Vegetarian recipe 1: Chia & Coconut Pudding for 4

400g can organic lite coconut cream
80ml (1/3 cup) honey
1/3 cup Bioglan SuperFoods Chia Seeds
Blueberries to serve on top
Toasted coconut to serve on top (optional)
1. Place coconut cream, honey & Chia seeds in bowl and stir well to combine. Cover & store in fridge for 4 hours or overnight to thicken.
2. Divide among serving glasses and top with blueberries and coconut if desired. You can drizzle a little coconut cream over the berries for extra creaminess if desired.
