Healthy Bites > Apple Salad for appetiser or entree

1. Wash 100g salad leaves, 1 apple, 5 cherry tomatoes, third of continental cucumber really well.
2. Cut up the apple in pieces and slice the cucumber.
3. Toss all the ingredients.
4. Add low fat dressing of your choice or without dressing and just eat.
Why its good:
Apples add sweetness to the salad and all the ingredients are very healthy and has lots of benefits for you and can be satisfying. Its gluten free, nut free, lactose free as well.
